We hereby inform you in accordance with §§ 36, 37 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG):
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If a dispute cannot be settled, you will receive a corresponding e-mail from us again.
